Please remember to keep your original invoices and receipts until your claim has been finalised.

 

Once you have submitted your claim, you will receive an email confirmation with your claim reference number. Please use this claim reference number in all correspondence with us.

 

Please save all supporting documents in PDF format for you to upload successfully.
